What happens on 1 October

The price goes up. I have not fixed the new number yet, and I am not going to pretend otherwise. What I can say is that €299 for ten tools is a launch price and it ends on 30 September 2026.

If you buy before that date you keep all ten tools at €299, including every update to the current version. The price you pay is the price you paid. It does not renew and it does not change later.

Who builds these

An event director. Not a software company.

I'm Jesse Kiuru. I help event organisers and host cities bid, plan and run better events. Event director of the Lahti 2017 FIS Nordic World Ski Championships. Currently structuring the Winter World Masters Games 2028.

These ten tools exist because I ran twenty-five years of events out of the same fragile workbooks. Totals typed by hand, a category column feeding a SUMIF that silently dropped rows, a follow-up column pointing at #REF! since somebody deleted a row in March. The structure in those files was right the whole time. The tool around it was not. Each of these ten keeps the structure and deletes the formulas.

Asked before buying.

What happens on 1 October?

The bundle price goes up. €299 runs until 30 September 2026. The new price is not fixed yet. Everyone who buys before the date keeps all ten tools at €299 with updates included.

Is this a subscription?

No. One payment of €299 plus VAT. No renewal, no seat fees, no upgrade tier. Updates to the current version of every tool are included.

Can I test the tools before buying?

Yes, and you should. Every tool has a free test that runs the full version on a real event example. No account, no email address. Nothing saves, so break it as hard as you like.

What if I only need two of the tools?

Buy those two at €99 each. The bundle earns its price at three tools. Below that the single purchase is the better deal and the tools work fine on their own.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Every tool runs in the browser on a laptop, tablet or phone. Your events save to your account.

Are these accounting or project management software?

No. These are the working documents of an event: the budget you present, the agenda the client approves, the run of show the crew works from. No invoices, no ledgers, no approval workflows.

I already bought one tool. Can I upgrade?

Yes. Email jesse@bonacube.com with your receipt and you pay the difference, not the full bundle.
