For event organisers, producers & corporate event teams

Excel at events. Without using Excel.

Ten small web tools for event organisers. Each one replaces one spreadsheet you already have.

The budget with a SUM typed 250 times. The run of show called Rundown_FINAL_final_USE_THIS.xlsx. The risk register written for the permit and never opened again. Each tool keeps the structure of that file and drops the formulas that break it.

One tool is €37. Conference Essentials, four tools, is €99. All ten are €149. Prices + VAT, one payment, no subscription.

The tools

Ten spreadsheets you already have. Ten tools that replace them.

Every pain below is from a real file that ran a real event. If one of them reads like your Tuesday, that's the tool to test first.

€37
Event Budget.

Every total is =SUM(E18*G18), typed 250 times. One typed-over cell and the budget is wrong with a straight face.

One master table. The total, the split by category and block, the cost per participant: computed live. Type "about 60" and the cell turns red instead of counting as zero.

€37
Conference Agenda.

The same agenda lives in three sheets: and the client just approved the wrong one.

One agenda table, three views. The client's day grid and the executive cheat sheet draw themselves from it. Room clashes turn red. "Is this the latest?" Yes. Always.

€37
Run of Show.

Rundown_FINAL_final_USE_THIS.xlsx: five files, one event, and the timing breaks every time you edit it.

Plan and time the run of show. Anchor a block, set cue durations; the whole script re-times as the programme moves. One link for the crew: show mode included for the night.

€37
Daily Run Sheet.

44 columns, 13 days. One ditto chain copied wrong, and the volunteers stand outside a locked gate.

Operations carry rules, not typed times. Gates: first start −1:00. Deliveries: until the gates. Move one session and thirty operations across six days re-time themselves.

€37
Event Timeline.

Phases painted into cells, milestones filed in cell comments, and a 169-column week sheet that disagrees with the quarter grid.

The whole build-up on one screen. Every milestone a row with an honest date: a day, or just "Q3 2027". Zoom years to weeks. Overdue turns red by itself.

€37
Risk Register.

Written for the permit, never opened again: with =M6*N6+O21 quietly scoring the wrong row.

A register that stays awake. Set probability and impact; the scores, the 5×5 heat map and the top five compute themselves. Stale reviews turn red and nag you first.

€37
Contingency Plan.

22 sheets, one plan each: and the response steps are numbered 1, 2, 6, 7, 9 because someone deleted rows.

One plan per risk, ready to run. Steps renumber themselves, the tracker writes itself, and "are we ready?" has a one-screen answer. When it happens, the plan opens in seconds.

€37
Venue Capacity.

349 columns: and the Media total quietly summed the team columns too. Nobody dared touch row 5.

How many people, and when. Customer groups become columns, % of capacity computes on every row, and the peak flags itself: gold at 90%, red over the line.

€37
Attendee Journey.

The journey sheet had 47 columns. The mapping died somewhere around the car park.

Walk each audience's day before they do. Frictions surface in April, not in the survey: and the moments worth extra care land on a WOW sheet with a decision on every idea.

€37
Partner Commitments.

Deadlines live inside sentences: "ticket allocation by 15.7." No calendar ever saw it. July 15 came; the allocation didn't.

Every partner promise as a row you can chase. Direction, value, owner, due date. Overdue turns red by itself, totals add themselves, the partner one-pager prints before every meeting.

Retire the spreadsheet

The Excel becomes an output: every tool still prints A3/A4 PDF and exports clean CSV. It just stops being the thing that breaks.

Running a conference? Conference Essentials covers the budget, partners, agenda and run of show.

Who builds these

An event director. Not a software company.

I'm Jesse Kiuru. I help event organisers and host cities bid, plan and run better events. Event director of the Lahti 2017 FIS Nordic World Ski Championships. Currently advising the IMGA Winter World Masters Games 2028 and the Nordic World Ski Championships 2029.

Every tool in this shop started as a spreadsheet of mine: the 250-row budget, the 44-column runsheet, the risk register that slept in a drawer. The structure in them was right for 25 years; the files fought us the whole way. The pains on this page are quoted from those files, not invented for marketing. If you recognise one, you already know why the tool exists.

Questions

Asked before buying.

Is this a subscription?

No. You pay once and own the tool. Updates to the current version are included. Software you rent can be repriced from under you. A tool you bought stays at the price you paid.

Do I need to install anything, or does my team need accounts?

No and no. Every tool runs in the browser on a laptop, tablet or phone. Your team, clients and partners get view-only links. They see the current version and change nothing.

Can I still get my Excel and PDF?

Yes. Every tool exports CSV that opens clean in Excel and prints to A3/A4 PDF. The spreadsheet becomes an output, not the tool that breaks.

Which tool should I start with?

The one whose pain you recognised above. Running a conference? Start with Conference Essentials: the budget, the partner deals, the agenda and the run of show.

What does "free test" mean exactly?

The full tool running on a complete example event. Change things and watch them compute. Name and email to open it. Nothing saves. Buy when it earns its place.

What if it isn't right for me?

Email jesse@bonacube.com within 14 days of buying and you get your money back. No form, no questions. Test it free first and you will rarely need to.

What about VAT?

Prices are shown without VAT. VAT is added at checkout where it applies.

Your next event is already on the calendar.
Retire one spreadsheet before it starts.

Two minutes in any free test tells you more than this page can.
